$3K–$6K in Rebates to Beautify Your Yard

If you've been thinking of beautifying your yard, you can do so with some incentives offered by Valley Water. Pretty cool one here. Under a program known as Valley Water’s Landscape Rebate Program, single-family residences may be eligible for rebates in the range from $3000 - $6000, and commercial /multi-family can be qualified up to $100,000 for converting your yard into water-smart landscapes that thrive in California’s climate.  That involves converting pools and grass to less water-needy landscapes, or installing high-efficiency irrigation equipment for plants that don't need much water. The program funding is expected to last until June 30th, 2025 or until depleted. Soooo, not much time left here.

When you send in your application, Valley Water will send a representative (there is a wait list!) to pre-inspect your current yard and provide the best course of action. Upon completion of an approved plan, you would receive your rebate check within 4–6 weeks.
