We were looking for someone who we felt comfortable working with, who wasn't pushy, who would give their honest opinion and who could get our offer accepted in a competitive market. We weren't looking for someone who could understand our wishlist and show us houses on the market that met our needs, we have plenty of online websites for that. We found exactly what we were looking for with Taylor. He is knowledgeable about how homes are built, and can tell you what's good quality and what's not, what are the things to worry about and what are not! He gives his full attention to you when you are touring houses with him, even if you go well over the scheduled time. He will guide you through the process and answer all your questions, you also need to do your own homework and make sure you are asking the right questions. He is persistent with seller's agents once your offer is sent. He will keep calling the seller agents to get your offer accepted, even in the middle of his anniversary dinner! True story! And he's super fun, making the entire house hunting process enjoyable instead of stressful! We have heard horror stories of people putting 10, 15, 20 offers on different houses before getting their offer accepted, and having to make compromises along the way. We did not experience that at all! We got our offer accepted in the second try! The first house that we put an offer on, we had an upper limit in mind and did not want to go beyond that. Taylor, through his persistence, got the number of the highest offer and gave us an opportunity to raise our offer. But we passed. The second house that we put an offer on, we put a competitive offer preemptively. And through Taylor's persistence, we got our offer accepted even though there were higher offers on the table. And that's it! We were homeowners! He knew we loved the house and went the extra mile to make sure we get it. The closing process was also super smooth with Taylor. Beyond that, he has a great network of contractors and helped us get in touch with folks to get work done on the house after the closing. Glad to have made a friend in the process!"

"Taylor Lambert and his team are absolutely amazing and I would recommend no one else for your real estate needs. Let me preface this by saying we were looking for a house for 2 years before we found one we were happy with. Taylor was the third agent we dealt with. The two before him were rushing us into any deal so they could get their payday and disappear. We warned Taylor when we first met that we were “particular” (i.e. picky) but that didn’t scare him off. After every single disappointment (a.k.a. open house) he would debrief with us and ask us exactly what we didn’t like and what we did like. He worked tirelessly to find us a home that we would love. The day finally came where we found The One, and I am so immensely glad that Taylor was there by our side. He moved quickly, spoke to the seller’s agent, advocated for us and was on top of everything. Weeks later we actually got the opportunity to meet the seller, and he told us that Taylor was a big reason why they chose our bid over another potential buyer’s matching bid. Well, even after the sale was done, Taylor is very helpful and caring. He shares with us contacts of contractors or whatever services we may need. You truly feel like Taylor cares and wants to find you a home you’re happy with. His team is all very friendly and helpful (shout out to Emily!) If you want an honest and caring real estate agent (rare in the Bay Area!) then don’t even bother with anyone else."

"We recently bought a place with Taylor and we got pretty much what we were looking for thanks to him. His high degree of professionalism and general cheerfulness really helped us navigate this process with ease. It all started with a very helpful buyer's workshop over Zoom where he went over a lot of useful information, answering any questions and concerns that we might have had (and we had a lot). He then set up a group chat where we could keep dropping any questions and answered each and every one of them promptly and in detail. He then helped organize a bunch of house tours, where he was honest about the pros and cons of each place. He never pressured us to put in an offer if he thought it was overpriced, had some weaknesses, didn't fit our requirements, etc. Basically, he was never in a rush to make us put in an offer. Once we found a place we liked, he put us in touch with lenders who were able to underwrite loans prior to putting in an offer to speed up acceptance. Finally, he also helped us with insurance, the HOA, plumbers, contractors, pretty much anybody that we needed. He also gave us tips on home maintenance dos and don'ts. All said and done, we had very little to worry about since we knew Taylor had our back and was always there for us, and that's all that you need as far as I'm concerned. Highly, highly recommend working with him and his team!"

"One day I decided to answer a random phone call, and it happened to be Taylor right at the time when I was considering selling my place or renting it out. Taylor kept his word and met with me on the date he said he would (which of course I was not really counting on, lol) to help me accomplish my goals and, trust me, they changed from time to time, and he was always there to support what I wanted to do. Once I was set on selling, I knew Taylor was the only realtor for me. By the time I did decide to sell the market had changed a bit, so it turned out to be a challenging time, however, Taylor kept the ball rolling, and he made it happen. Throughout the whole process, Taylor was patient and always, no matter what, let me make my own decisions on things. Trust me, there were moments when I said "Just tell me what to do", and he would give me great advice on what my options were for my decision and how that could look for me, not him. I have complete trust in Taylor and I know he will have your back as he had mine. Not only is Taylor consistent, but he will also get done what you need. He is a joy to work with, you won't be disappointed in knowing and working with him."
